Natural Disasters?? Talk about personal disasters-.-

First of, my heart goes out to all the people affected by the earthquake in Japan. No doubt, I cannot begin to even contemplate the kind of hardship they must be going through now…

So, keep you head up guys, and you’re always in my prayers

But, I got more serious stuff to worry about right now, specifically:

~= MATH =~

 As of now, I’ve officially got another 5 more weeks (roughly) before the dreaded Summer exams, not to mention SAT’s =..= But to be honest, Chem, and Bio and Physics, don’t worry me so much… Yeah, it’s Maths that has got me in a tumble.

All those books have gotta be copied into yours truly’s head within 5 weeks =..= Perfect time to say FML, me thinks… And then there’s the NPLQ course, which I gotta do. Woooo, 20m swim and 20m tow within 45 seconds!!! And to add on, the victim is “unconscious and uncooperative”. Second thoughts anyone?

But, all in all, things are going pretty well here on this side of the globe, and Life’s Good™ I’ve built up a routine, somewhat, but it’s still a bit iffy at this stage, but I’m definitely going out for a jog tomorrow morning, and will try to continue doing it in the morning, so can get rid of dinner (WIN!)

All in all, the Jihad continues with 4 A* being the enemy (or friend? gosh! Analogies are so complicated)

No!!! My Laptop!!!!

Ok, I officially screwed myself up today. Yup, it’s all out here for everyone to see. And only a week away from half-term.. Thought I might make it through this whole half-term without getting my laptop confiscated, but… 1 freakin’ week before hols, i botch it and get up at 7:40am =..= (Reader discretion is advised as the following language is very strong…)

Phi X-174 DNA Phage???!! ಠ_ಠ

Yup, you read that right.. May I introduce you to my new friend, Phi X-174 Bacteriophage =)

11 chromosomes, 5628 base pairs, and it looks like one of those rubber stress balls (-_-“), albeit with a colour scheme that looks like something from Aliens Vs. Predators.

Stupid jokes aside though, you gotta admit, he is pretty magnificent (or she..)

As is my biology class on whole. If I do say so myself, the Year 12 Biology Class is probably the most exhilarating, excruciating, vivifying, head-ache inducing, experience I’ve ever had.

On current issues, debate club meeting is tomorrow, and I’ve decided to cover the topic of structure, because the last debate we held ended in a rather messy way –_-“ So, hopefully, by this time tomorrow, I’ll be able to report a blinding success, or…… crushing failure

A MONTH IN!!!!

Gosh, can ya believe it??!! Already almost a month into 2011! Feels like time’s really flying nowadays, what with the immense homework load and what not hahaha.. Anyhow, I’m coping. (kinda…) IPTA really isn’t what I expected when I was in Secondary…

To be honest, I thought it would be all fun and games.. After all, the SPM is over and done!!!! YAY!!!
